Dante AV (Audinate): potential for broadcast, at NAB 2025

At NAB 2025 (6 – 9 April, Las Vegas), Audinate aims to accommodate the growing accessibility of broadcast technology and its integration with AV markets by showcasing the latest Dante enhancements and highlighting the potential of Dante AV.

Visitors to the Audinate stand will be able to explore developments aimed at making it easier for broadcasters to adopt IP, cloud and remote production workflows. To this end, the Dante platform is presented as a cross-cutting solution offering full audio, video, control and management capabilities, as well as interoperability with thousands of products from more than 600 manufacturers. In the Audinate ecosystem, the company will focus during NAB 2025 on solutions such as Dante Connect, which facilitates cloud-based broadcast production and stands out for the flexibility it offers to engineering teams. Another protagonist will be Dante AV, a solution that combines audio and video in different versions such as Dante AV Ultra or Dante AV. In this regard, the company will show the power of Dante Managed API, which allows automated routing processes, as well as highlighting the compatibility of the solution with environments such as SMPTE 2110 and AES 67.

In parallel, Audinate will showcase the latest enhancement for Dante Virtual Soundcard Pro, which expands channel capacity and improves connectivity, supporting up to 128×128 channels at 96kHz with 64 Dante streams, while facilitating a transition to virtualised environments; Dante Director, a SaaS tool that enables the organisation and management of Dante networks; and Dante AVIO Install, a new series that features, as a novelty, Euroblock analogue audio connectors.
