Intinor enhances Direkt capabilities with HEVC/H.265 option

The Intinor Direkt series now supports HEVC/H.265, an option based on AI and machine learning technologies to optimize encoding.

The arrival of HEVC/H.265 to the Intinor Direkt series, especially widespread in 电子竞技 environments, seeks to respond to user demand for higher quality and functionalities. With this new encoding option, Intinor seeks to enable the industry to achieve better perceived quality at the same bitrate as H.264, or to maintain the quality they are accustomed to at a lower bitrate.

Intinor will showcase the new functionality at Hamburg Open, the German innovation and networking event for broadcast and AV technology.
