Red Bull Media House integra soluções Ross Video em novas instalações da ServusTV
ServusTV has inaugurated its new facilities in Salzburg, Austria, a project for which Red Bull Media House relied on Vídeo Ross technology.
The new ServusTV studios include a wide range of Ross products, including Carbonita production switchers, XPressão graphics and mapping, XPressão Tessera graphics rendering solution, Furio camera movement systems, Começo News newsroom computer system, Tria News server, Linha de fluxo media asset management system, Ultritouch facility control and monitoring panels, and OverDrive production automation system.
This big bet on Vídeos de Ross ecosystem began to take shape at IBC 2018. Philipp Stoegner, director of services at Servus TV, relates how the process went: “As the scope of the project grew, so our discussions with Ross intensified, and I was consistently impressed by the openness of the Ross team. They were certainly prepared to make suggestions and share their experiences, but they really listened to us and were very open to discussing product roadmaps and our feature requirements. That’s the kind of partnership we need in order to be successful.”
A solution already in place
Once the solution was defined, and the timing was right given the complications arising from the pandemic, the rollout by Vídeo Ross e Red Bull Media House was completed in just three weeks.
As of today, the ServusTV team is now running at full capacity and is even looking to expand its content in new directions: “When I explain how we’ve worked together with Ross and how we handled the commissioning and training in such a short time period, people are shocked in a good way. I’m delighted with how the project has been delivered and our audience numbers have consistently grown every month since going on air – that’s the best measure of success I could ask for,” concludes Stoegner.
