EVS completes acquisition of MOG Technologies

MOG Technologies‘ entire solutions portfolio and team are now part of EVS, which has completed the acquisition process and is looking to enhance the capabilities of its MediaCeption management solution.

Following the signing of the initial agreement in August, the two companies have already begun the integration process, with members of both parties’ teams working in “close collaboration”. For EVS, the collaboration has been “very productive” and successful, with MOG Technologies staff “excited” to join the Belgian firm.

The acquisition will enable EVS to offer a more integrated range of solutions to streamline workflows from ingest to distribution. The company also adds a new R&D centre, strengthens its customer support services and enhances the MediaCeption asset management solution, which is improved by the integration of MOG ingest and transcoding solutions.
