Sennheiser travels to NAMM Show 2024 with news and demos focused on innovation
Visitors to NAMM Show 2024 from California will be able to discover a wide variety of solutions from brands such as Sennheiser, Neumann, Dear Reality y Merging Technologies, which can be put to the test in two dynamic demonstration rooms.
The “Live Room” of Sennheiser makes up one of the axes of the company's presence in NAMM. It will offer visitors the opportunity to explore the stories of Sennheiser y Neumann showing the chronologies from both companies; will host the presentation of Sennheiser's latest addition to its portfolio, and will be the place where attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the product for the first time. This showcase will be completed with a dedicated wireless station featuring the family of wireless microphones Evolution Wireless Digital, wireless microphones Digital 6000, as well as the systems XS Wireless IEM y Evolution Wireless G4 IEM.
On the other hand, an isolated “Whisper Room” will house microphones Neumann, a brand of the Sennheiser group that has anticipated that it will present three new products. Additionally, the audio interface MT 48 will receive a long-awaited feature update that, among other things, will allow working in immersive audio formats. Another focus is live sound: Neumann will show an omnidirectional capsule for the miniature clip-on microphone (MCM) system, as well as goosenecks of different lengths. New products for the renowned capsule head family for vocalists for Neumann wireless systems.
Sennheiser brings immersiveness to NAMM
Two workstations will offer a hands-on experience of accessible immersive workflows. Dear Reality will present the successor to its popular dearVR Pro immersive spatializer plugin, dearVR Pro 2, a plug-in adds another layer of spatial experience to any professional audio production and puts the listener at the center of the sound. Additionally, visitors will be able to experience solutions to control the DAW in virtual reality with dearVR Spatial Connect from Dear Reality, as well as monitor spatial audio mixes through headphones with the Mix Room plugin dearVR Monitor.
A second immersive workstation will showcase the audio interfaces of Merging Technologies. The highlight will be the software Venue Mission from the company for the audio interface Anubis, which seeks to “revolutionize” workflows for live musicians and sound engineers, giving them “unprecedented” control over the entire audio ecosystem through an intuitive user interface that has a mixer with a total of 16 channels in his heart. In addition to product demonstrations, the Live Room by Grupo Sennheiser It has a stage with daily seminars led by industry eminences.
