Zero Density launches its Certified Technical Support Partner (CTSP) program
The new Zero Density Certified Technical Support Partner (CTSP) program which will ensure broadcasters around the globe have the local support from experts that were specifically trained for the technology.
The program curates a partner network that can deliver the same support that is given by Zero Density TSS experts.
Always aiming to provide best in-class support, with the new program Zero Density is also taking into consideration the comfort of its users in terms of location and language. For broadcasters and real-time graphics teams, CTSP means they’ll be able to easily submit technical support tickets to local experts, in the preferred language — and get the level of help that is expected from Zero Density.
Burak Geyik, Technical Support & Services Manager says: “With the CTSP program, our customers can take advantage of Zero Density’s in-house expertise – all while getting support from specialists in the same language and time zone. Utilizing the same support portal, CTSP Engineers will be in contact with ZD Engineers in case any need arises.”
Certified partners will have extensive training to master the most comprehensive tools for virtual studio, augmented reality and broadcast graphics. Having access to Zero Density’s own support portal, partners will tap into Zero Density’s knowledge and help professionals on projects ranging from broadcasts to live events and more.
“We’re excited to be Zero Density’s first Certified Technical Support Partner, which will allow us to increase our support offering to new and existing customers in Germany and beyond,” says Axel Moschkau, Managing Director at KST Moschkau. “Our engineers can now offer the same level of expertise as Zero Density can in-house while we collaborate in real-time, seamlessly.”
