Panasonic creates a 3D broadcast studio accessible via the web
By Digital World, the new digital 3D platform of Panasonic, allows visitors to discover and explore a broadcast studio through a web browser.
The new By Digital World use the latest technologies so that everyone can learn about and experience the Panasonic ProAV range without having to commute, thus addressing issues of “sustainability y job a distance”. Visitors can move around the Virtual environment to see the camera systems and the production solutions from Panasonic. They can then click on a specific product to get additional information and a 3D view of the product and its features.
By Digital World will be complemented by the virtual demo room development, which will allow partners and customers to take control and test Panasonic's range of ProAV solutions remotely. The first virtual demo rooms will go live at the end of this year.
Anna Arkatova, product marketing manager en Panasonic Broadcast & ProAV, considers that with this “new generation” platform, visitors will be able to “enter a new digital audiovisual world.” In the same way, By Digital World will allow users to “experience our PROAV glass-to-glass solutions and interact with our latest technologies.” “It is an exciting first step in a move towards the metaverse for our B2B solutions,” Arkatova emphasizes.
In this first phase, AV Digital World shows two different environments: “TV y broadcast” y “Corporate and education”. In the near future, Panasonic will add other Workflows for live events and sports, while in the medium term it is expected to add new professional environments, products and interactive formats.
