El Terrat prepares the television version of 'Nobody Knows Nothing' for HBO Max
The famous improvisation podcast SER Chain Nobody Knows Anything, driven by Andreu Buenafuente and Berto Romero, lands in HBO Max with the production of The roof.
Nobody knows anything, con nine seasons behind him, he begins a new television journey “conserving its essence and all its windows”: Cadena Ser, SER Podcast and YouTube. This jump to the small screen, defined as a “evolution", will transform the program into a "unique television format." Therefore, it could be said that the visual radio aspect from which the format already benefited will reach new heights with the support of HBO Max, which will make Nobody Knows Anything and Max Original.
Nobody Knows Anything It is a format that was born in 2013 in the SER Chain based on the artistic and personal complicity of Andrew Buenafuente y Berto Romero and which today remains at full capacity week after week, being the most listened to podcast in Spain in 2021 and 2020 according to Spotify. Improvisation, humor, vivid stories, unlikely sections, interaction with the audience and its entire universe and imagination will continue to be a key part of this new stage of the program.
The television adaptation of Nobody Knows Anything, which will be released on the day June 18 in HBO Spain y HBO Max Latin America, is a production of The roof for HBO Max. The executive producers are, on behalf of El Terrat (Mediapro Group), Andreu Buenafuente, Berto Romero, Xen Subirats y Lydia Cerrudo; by HBO Max, Miguel Saved, who considers that this adaptation for television “is a logical step and, of course, very invigorating for our brand.”
