The BF group is acquired with the permanence of the entire organizational chart and management team.
An international leap
Addressing the issues from the industrial prism and always from the vision of the Spanish media group, the acquisition of BF Distribution converts to Squirrel Media in the “first film distribution group in Latin America” and with a presence in the United States. In this way, the company continues with its international expansion process undertaken in its content area, with the aim of increasing and strengthening its presence with its own structures in the rest of the countries of the American continent. On the other hand, the firm begins the second phase of scalability of its business by anglo-saxon market, to become a content generator and distributor with a full international presence.
Squirrel Media has also reported that he is currently in negotiations with third parties for the integration of other companies with similar characteristics. Consequently and to avoid interference in these negotiations, the company has decided not to provide the amount of the reported transaction.
