Version 4.0 of StreamHub, an integral component of the solutions workflow Aviwest (company of Haivision), has been revealed in NAB 2022.

StreamHub provides broadcasters with a scalable, tailored video solution to receive, manage and share live streams from multiple mobile streamers through a single interface. Your new HTML5 UI, the main novelty of this version, helps video professionals manage, monitor and control their video streams easily and effectively through a unified view of all video streams, including video thumbnails and detailed stream metrics. StreamHub is available as independent hardware device (1RU) and can also be deployed anywhere public or private cloud. Also available is a range of SaaS offerings, that provide fully managed cloud services with all-inclusive pricing.

StreamHub 4.0, unveiled at NAB 2022, supports the protocolo SST (Safe Streams Transport) of the company, but also with other solutions available on the market such as SRT, RTMP, RTSP, NDI, HLS, TS sobre IP to ensure that stations can receive video signals from any transmitter PRO, AIR y RACK, video encoders Makito X or other third-party equipment, and distribute them to any destination.

Ronan Poullaouec, vice president of remote and wireless systems engineering at Aviwest, considers that the release of version 4.0 at NAB 2022 “is the beginning of a new chapter for StreamHub”, as it “offers our customers the latest security improvements, ensuring a completely secure environment, and the new, intuitive user interface makes daily operations even easier than before. Additionally, new support for NDI inputs and outputs opens up a whole range of possibilities for news, live video production or live video distribution.”
