MagentaTV experts use Piero from Ross Video to analyze Euro 2020
Ross Video’s Piero graphics solution for sports content analysis is used by MagentaTV’s experts to analyze Euro 2020 matches.
Plazamedia has been appointed to produce MagentaTV’s (Deutsche Telekom) Euro 2020 programs. The company will oversee numerous formats, including the production of the matches, during the 22 days of the competition.
Among the technical solutions chosen by Plazamedia is Ross Video’s Piero. Vincent Noyer, director of sports graphics analysis at Ross, details the platform’s benefits: “Piero uses image recognition or encoded camera heads to overlay tactical graphics on sports content. With its range of visually engaging and informative effects, Piero helps experts and pundits crack open the key moments in any game, giving audiences valuable insight into the decisions, tactics and actions that win or lose the match.”
New storytelling solutions
