Laura Fernández Espeso assumes the general management of The Mediapro Studio

Linked to the group for more than a decade, she has been one of the driving forces behind the creation, in 2019, of The Mediapro Studio.

Mediapro has appointed Laura Fernández Espeso as general director of The Mediapro Studio the group's audiovisual content creation, production and distribution factory. As head of the Studio, Fernández Espeso will direct the management and strategy of all the productions and production companies integrated into The Mediapro Studio.

Linked to the group for more than a decade, she has been one of the driving forces behind the creation, in 2019, of The Mediapro Studio as a label to group all the company's content creation units.

With a track record of more than 20 years of experience in the sector production, from its factory have come legendary titles in the history of television in Spain such as Águila Roja, El Internado: Laguna Negra, Los Serrano, One Step Forward (UPA), 7 Lives, Aída, Paco's Men and a long etcetera until reaching the current moment.

Since the creation of The Mediapro Studio in 2019, Fernandez Espeso She has been a corporate and television director being responsible for the launch of numerous fiction and entertainment projects around the world.

With more than 12,000 hours produced and more than 200 titles of all genres, The Mediapro Studio productions represent 25% of prime time programming on television channels and platforms not only in Spain but in the world, for more than 80 million weekly viewers.
