Drago adds Dolby Atmos certification to its audio post-production studios
This certification is added to Dolby Vision, which the facilities of the Secuoya subsidiary in Tres Cantos (Madrid) already have.
Drago, subsidiary of the group Secuoya, has just incorporated the certification Dolby Atmos Home in your Study 1 of sound post-production that the company has located in Tres Cantos (Madrid). This certification is added to the Dolby Vision, which these facilities already have.
To undertake installation and commissioning, Drago has had the participation of companies BGL Audiovisual, Dolby Labs y SESAudio, the latter being in charge of acoustic isolation and conditioning, planimetry, engineering and installation and maintenance of these audio systems and audiovisual workflow.
Studio 1, equipped with system Avid Pro Tools, has a control surface Avid S6 24 channel, system of monitored 7.2.4 of Genelec, with acoustic enclosures 8341A y subwoofer 7380.
For his part, the Study 2, equipped with identical equipment, is fully compatible, allowing maximum flexibility when optimizing workflows. It also maintains compatibility with the Study 3 for work in stereo and 5.1 formats.
In order to guarantee sound quality throughout the entire post-production chain and exceed the demands derived from the rigorous quality controls of cinema and OTT platforms, the main grading and mastering room has also been equipped with a 7.2.4 monitoring system from the Genelec brand; capable of playing content in all formats, including Dolby Atmos Home.
