Rosco launches the new Maxi Mix, third luminaire with Mix technology
This third luminaire that Rosco launches with Mix technology joins the Mini and SL1 models, and is the largest in the family.
After its preview at NAB 2019, Rosco has begun to market its new Maxi Mix from DMG Lumière. Offers a full spectrum of white light from 1700K-10,000K which are achieved thanks to a patented combination of 6 LEDs (Red, Green, Blue, White, Amber and Lime with phosphor coating) for a wide range of colors and combinations of True Rosco Color gel.
This proposal measures 120 x 36 x 8.5cm, weighs only 8 kilos and offers up to 7550 Lux (@1M @5500K).
This third luminaire that Rosco launches with Mix technology joins the Mini and SL1 models, and is the largest in the family. There are several new accessories available for Maxi Mix, including the innovative Maxi Mix Link. This solution allows filmmakers to connect multiple Maxi Mix MIX accessories to each other over large surfaces.
Rosco will also market Additional accessories of diffusion and mounting for Maxi Mix, including a double fixation that allows users to stack two Maxi Mix MIX luminaires to create a powerful 720W soft light.
All luminaires will be equipped with the new firmware MIX 2.0, including 50 new True Rosco Colors in gel mode (for a total of 137), new XY mode including CIE 1931, REC 709 and REC 2020 color spaces, brighter colors (dual output in color mode for many of saturated colors), improved low-level dimming, DMX profiles and wireless connection via CRMX and Bluetooth; and base CCT in color mode now includes the full color temperature range of MIX (1,700k to 10,000k).
