AEQ has supplied all the computer licenses for the automation system, computers, professional audio boards and central servers, as well as the labor necessary for the start-up, configuration and corresponding technical training of the public entity's staff.
RTVCeuta finally has a redundant central server balanced at the software level by the application AEQ System Status, 4 broadcasting licenses for the studios, as many for the edition and programming in the newsroom of journalists and, of course, a legal recording platform and programmable slice extraction.
AEQ AudioPLUS brings AEQ technology in computer broadcast systems to the broadcast market. It is based on AEQ Mar4Suite systems installed in thousands of high- and medium-level studios, in networks of some up to hundreds of seats.
This solution offers new features, adapted to the real needs, technical skills and purchasing power of the majority of stations. It incorporates tools for manual, automatic and remote-controlled broadcasting, automatic music and advertising programming, as well as content generation and editing.
Designed for Windows operating systems and SQL Server databases, it has a simple self-installation wizard, is compatible with low-cost audio cards and with complementary editing and management tools.
The entire project has been led by the technical manager of RTVCeuta, Ricardo Lacasa, in collaboration with AEQ's technical specialist, Raquel Cortes, and other professionals from the company's headquarters, including the commercial manager of the area, Bernardo Sáiz.
Ceuta public radio began broadcasting at the end of 2005 and could be tuned throughout the Autonomous City on 99.0 FM.
