A1 Studio TV and BMS develop an interesting suspension and rail system for lighting and cycloramas

A1 Studio TV, in collaboration with the Spanish manufacturer of suspension systems BMS, has developed a new sliding grill and cyclorama system. The system consists of aluminum rails German manufacturing, carts for projectors (or pantographs), wiring, curtains, and any custom accessories, upon request.

The range of supports is unlimited since the manufacturing is custom-made, just like the carts.

The rails, of various wall thicknesses, depending on the load requested, consist of one or two closed raceways, to prevent the wheels from coming off, or dust and dirt from easily accumulating. And the joints between them are made through the upper and lower channel, thus ensuring the total linearity of the raceways.

The carts consist of 3 axles with screwed wheels (not riveted) and with nylon-covered wheels to avoid rolling noises and deformation of the raceways.

The stops can be located at the end of the stroke, or also wherever necessary, if the travel of one of the carriages needs to be limited, since it is not necessary to drill the rail.

The available rails consist of a 45x45 series for cycloramas or primary rails that need to support low weight, a 60x45 rail for primaries with heavier systems, and a 90x45 series with double track, for more robust systems. and for secondary lanes.

Just as BMS has broken with the entire trend of suspension manufacturers, improving and simplifying all components, in A1 Studio TV, they wanted to do the same with the sliding rail system.
