Everyone knows that changes in consumer behavior are transforming the media market. But do we fully understand the implications of these dramatic changes?
In his presentation, which will surely spark great debate, Mark Harrison will give his vision on how, more than an evolution, the media industry is facing a disruption derived from the change in the way users consume content. This disruption will also mean a change in the way we produce, manage and distribute content.
The DPP works in three major areas: ggenerating ideas by gathering the experience of its members; identifying business requirements and user needs while indicating common specifications, interfaces and workflows; and creating market opportunities by bringing together customers and suppliers to share ideas and identify needs.
Since joining British public television in 2001, Mark Harrison has held numerous senior art direction positions; cross-platform production; innovation; future technologies; or transformation, design and engineering. In 2015 he left the BBC to dedicate himself exclusively to directing DPP.
