Spanish Television renews its “A la Carte” service, now more modern and intuitive

A new predictive search engine, the possibility of including subtitles and a renewed player with more functionalities, among the new features.

The red button of RTVE.es is renewed with a more modern, navigable and intuitive A la Carte service. Viewers will be able to enjoy all TVE content whenever they want from their connected television in a simpler and more attractive way and with new functionalities.

The new A la Carte red button service incorporates a new predictive search engine that will help the user find their favorite series and programs. You will also have information about each program, a synopsis of the chapter you want to see and a list with the most popular content that is more visual and easy to access.

Another novelty is the possibility of including subtitles in those contents in which they are available. The age rating will be displayed before each content is played so that the user can check what type of audience it is intended for.

The red button also launches a new player with more features. The viewer will be able to go to the point they want in each content and will be able to more easily access other related programs. You will also have the option to continue watching the next chapter directly or play the same content again.

Improvements will continue and user registration will soon be available that will allow the creation of favorites lists and personalized playlists. Likewise, it will allow you to resume playing content from the exact point where it was.
