Endemol regroups all its companies in Spain and Portugal into Endemol Shine Iberia

This new regional division of the multinational group will bring together Shine Iberia, Zeppelin Tv, Gestmusic, Diagonal TV and Endemol Portugal under the leadership of Pilar Blasco, until now CEO of Endemol.

The international group Endemol Shine Group, a global content creation, production and distribution company that has recently integrated Endemol, Shine and Core Media, has announced the launch of Endemol Shine Iberia, a new creative and production division for the Iberian Peninsula.

Endemol Shine Iberia will bring together all the group's companies in Spain and Portugal, which are Shine Iberia, Zeppelin, Gestmusic, Diagonal and Endemol Portugal.

The CEO of Endemol Spain, Pilar Blasco, has been appointed CEO of Endemol Shine Iberia, overseeing all companies in the Iberian Peninsula. On the other hand, Javier Garcia, until now CFO and operations director of Endemol Spain, has been appointed CFO and operations director of the new division. Jordi Bosch, president of Endemol Spain will hold the same position at Endemol Shine Iberia.

Pilar Blasco was appointed CEO of Endemol Spain in 2011 after having directed Zeppelin TV. Under her leadership, Endemol Spain has expanded and diversified its activity in both genres and platforms and has created the internationally successful format Your face rings a bell, released in 2011 and which already has more than 30 international versions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and numerous countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Eastern Europe.

Macarena Rey will continue as CEO of Shine Iberia, leading the same teams in both Madrid and Lisbon. Its objective is to consolidate and expand the success and leadership position achieved both in entertainment and more recently in fiction, in the scarce three years that Shine Iberia has been established in the Peninsula.

The large teams of the rest of the group's leading companies that make up Endemol Shine Iberia remain unchanged: Lurdes Guerreiro as general manager of Endemol Portugal, in Lisbon; Jaime Guerra as general director of Zeppelin TV in Madrid; Tinet Rubira as general director of Gestmusic in Barcelona; and Joan Bas and Jaume Banacolocha as general directors of Diagonal TV in Barcelona.

Reality shows and talent shows such as Big Brother, Masterchef, The Voice Portugal, Me Resbala, Secret Story Portugal, Atrapa un millón, Tu cara me suena and fictional series such as Isabel, without identity and Love, are just some of the productions of the group companies.
