Canon will show its imaging solutions at BIT Broadcast 2014
Those attending the Show will be able to see first-hand the latest Canon equipment in professional video recording, such as the new XF205 compact camcorder or the EOS C500, C300 and EOS C100 cameras, designed for cinematographic environments.
Canon will be present in BIT Broadcast 2014, the International Professional Exhibition of Audiovisual Technology that will be held in Madrid from May 20 to 22, 2014. At stand 6D05 Canon will show its latest solutions for the broadcast, video recording and image projection fields.
Those attending the Show will be able to see first-hand the latest Canon equipment in professional video recording, such as the XF205, a new compact camcorder, recently announced, that offers powerful professional functions, high image quality, versatility, a Canon HD Video System more powerful, numerous recording modes, wireless connectivity and an improved operating design.
The proposal aimed at the cinema market will feature the EOS C500 and C300 professional cinema camera as well as the EOS C100, an affordable video production camera. The C300 and C100 will be updated with Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology, developed by Canon, which allows expanded recording possibilities thanks to continuous, fast and advanced autofocus in video cameras with large sensors; Helps achieve sharp focus and smooth focus transitions. New is the new RC-V100 camera controller (for the C300).
Also present at the show will be the CN7x17 KAS S, Canon's first cinema lens with a motorized servo unit, designed for both television broadcasting and hand-held use with large sensor and 4K cameras. They will also be able to see for the first time the HJ18ex7.6B IRSE / IASE, a new improved ENG lens and the Canon DP-V3010, a 30-inch 4K professional monitor for digital cinema workflows, ideal for use in post-production, for editing or on location.
Projection and video surveillance
Visitors to BIT Broadcast 2014 will be able to see the operation and performance of various projection solutions, such as the Canon , a WUXGA Full HD installation projector – equipment that takes full advantage of LCOS technology, with motorized zoom, focus and lens shift.
Finally, Canon will show, among its IP surveillance solutions, the new range of ultra-compact S series cameras. The VB-S900F is a mini Full HD network security camera with a fixed box. Its compact design makes it ideal for a variety of enclosed and discreet commercial spaces. On the other hand, the Canon VB-S30D is a Full HD PTZ minidome network security camera that is easy to install, ideal for security and control of closed spaces at different events.
In addition to learning about the brand's latest proposals for the broadcast market, attendees will be able to expand their knowledge about the world of optics, key to production quality, with the help of Antonio Pequeno, Manager of I.P.
