With a budget of 8.5 million euros, filming for this fifth installment began on November 25 and continued until this Monday.

Written, directed and starring its creator, Santiago Segura, Torrent 5 It has a large cast that includes Julián López, Angy Fernández, Neus Asensi, Carlos Areces, Jesús Janeiro, in his film debut, and the famous North American actor Alec Baldwin, among others.

With a budget of 8.5 million euros, filming for this fifth installment began on November 25 and continued until this Monday. Locations from the Community of Madrid, Ciudad Real and the Dominican Republic have been used.

This new installment of the saga, in which Torrente tries to rob a casino with a gang of incompetents, has the participation of Telefónica Studios, Ono and Atresmedia Cine. It is executive produced by Amiguetes Enterprises and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. The premiere is scheduled for next October 17.
