Matrox DualHead2Go, dual monitors now also for Mac
The new DualHead2Go ME (Mac Edition), which will go on sale in June, is made up of a DisplayPort input with which to duplicate the video signal to two other DV1I-D outputs with maximum resolutions of 1,920×1,200 pixels.
Starting in June, Matrox will have the new DualHead2Go on the market, a version of its popular monitor dualization system, now for Mac.
Previously available for Windows or Linux, this new DualHead2Go ME (Mac Edition) is composed of a DisplayPort input with which to duplicate the video signal to two other DV1I-D outputs with maximum resolutions of 1,920×1,200 pixels, also requiring a USB port with which to obtain energy to function.
Thanks to this solution it is possible to use two monitors with DVI input from the signal emitted by the Thunderbolt port of a Mac.
Matrox will market DualHead2Go together with the corresponding connections and the PowerDesk application that allows managing the monitors.
