Mediaset Spain remodels its wireless intercom systems with Clear-Com

The heart of the system is a Clear-Com Eclipse intercom matrix equipped with wireless modules and audio or panel ports. Thanks to FreeSpeak technology from the American manufacturer Clear-Com, all the system's antennas form a single cellular network.

As part of the process of modernizing its facilities, Mediaset España has equipped all the studios at its Fuencarral headquarters with the latest generation of the FreeSpeak wireless digital intercom system from the distributor of Clear-Com para broadcast, QinMedia.

Thanks to the FreeSpeak technology from the American manufacturer Clear-Com, all the system antennas form a single cellular network within which users move freely due to its “Roaming” capacity. The jump between cells is carried out transparently without user intervention and without loss of service at any time.

The fundamental parameters to guarantee maximum intelligibility even in critical load situations include zero network delay and coding that ensures 7khz of audio bandwidth at all times, providing quality and comfort to users.

FreeSpeak is an exclusive technology from ClearCom and comes as a stand-alone system or integrated within the Eclipse range of digital intercom matrixes. Thanks to this integration, unlimited and independent conversations are guaranteed between beltpack users and matrix users, overcoming the usual bottlenecks in conventional systems.
