SkyLinks will present in Las Vegas its studio-transmitter-link systems (with a frequency range of 2 to 40 GHz) with a line interface speed of up to 620 Mbps, operating in QPSK up to 256 QAM with various system configuration options, including ASI and different IP interfaces.

Screen Service will bring SkyLinks products to NAB 2011. SkyLinks is a company that since September 2010 belongs to the Screen Service Broadcasting Technologies group. SkyLinks, which was established in 1982, began its history producing RF frequencies for broadcast on analog equipment. From 1995 to 2005 SkyLinks, acting as the Italian branch of P-Com, designed outdoor equipment with a double split configuration. From 2005 to 2010, SkyLinks began designing microwave links for the future, creating innovative technology capable of meeting the needs of the digital age, focusing on very high-speed wireless communications.

With more than twenty-five years of microwave experience, SkyLinks currently reaches customers in North America through Screen Service America. SkyLinks will provide studio-transmitter-link systems (with a frequency range of 2 to 40 GHz) with a line interface speed of up to 620 Mbps, operating in QPSK up to 256 QAM with various system configuration options, including ASI and different IP interfaces.

The combination of High Linearity offered by the transmitter and QAM modulation schemes ensures superb spectral efficiency, with a link availability of 99.999%. In addition to providing broadcast solutions, SkyLinks can be implemented in a multitude of areas.
