LG will present its new range of LED monitors at CES'11

LG Electronics will present its latest range of LED monitors at CES 2011, the consumer electronics show held between January 6 and 9 in Las Vegas. This new LED range, to which the E2290V, E2381V, IPS2360V and E41 models belong, is based on advanced technology with a unique design. The IPS2360V monitor combines IPS -panel- and LED technologies and offers a viewing angle up to 10 times wider than that of conventional monitors.

LG Electronics will present its latest range of LED monitors at CES 2011, the consumer electronics show held between January 6 and 9 in Las Vegas. This new LED range, to which the E2290V, E2381V, IPS2360V and E41 models belong, is based on LG monitor technology with a new range of attractive and innovative advantages, maximum performance and a unique design.

The E2290V model has a slim design that is only 7.2 mm thick, which has earned it the CES Innovations Award. Compared with the design of conventional monitors, the stand of the E2290V features delicate curves and a sophisticated metallic texture. The monitor's power supply and desktop connection socket are integrated into the back of the stand, a design innovation called EZ-cabling. Thanks to its high imaging technology, the E2290V has a response time of 2 ms, allowing you to obtain bright and perfectly sharp images.

Thanks to SUPER+ Resolution, the result of years of research in the field of monitor resolution, the LG E2381V prevents resolution reduction during format updates, while defining blurry edges and bringing more life to the dull colors. In addition, SUPER+ Resolution offers a contrast ratio of more than 10,000,000:1, significantly higher than conventional monitors, ensuring an exceptionally vivid and sharp image. Additionally, the E2381V has a streamlined design for an attractive and elegant look.

Brighter colors and lower consumption

For its part, the IPS2360V monitor combines IPS -panel- and LED technologies and offers a viewing angle up to ten times wider than that of conventional monitors. Thanks to its 6-Axis Color Control, the IPS2360V offers stable color and high brightness uniformity from any angle, making it ideal for everything from video and graphics editing to playing video games. And thanks to Full HD, Mega C/R and HDMI features, the IPS2360V also offers excellent image quality.

The advantages of these SUPER LED monitors are expanded thanks to their high energy efficiency. Dynamic Power Saving technology makes the E41 series consume 25 percent less power than conventional LED monitors without any reduction in image quality. In addition, the E41 is supplied with two different fronts, with fine and shiny lines, which adds an attractive touch to its elegant design and stylized edges.
