Caracol TV launches its new virtual set with Vizrt and Shotoku
The Colombian Caracol Tv has just put into service a new virtual set in which Vizrt and Shotoku technology have played a key role. Shotoku's TK-59VR crane, equipped with the Tv-03A pan/tilt control head, has been configured to operate with great precision and synchronization via Serial Position Interface with Vizrt applications.
Shotoku Broadcast Systems has provided a crane system fully integrated into the production flow of the new virtual studio. This crane, the TK-59VR, is equipped with the Tv-03A pan/tilt control head, both configured to operate with great precision and synchronization via Serial Position Interface with Vizrt applications.
Yesid A. Guerra, engineering director at the Colombian broadcaster, has assured that the integration of Vizrt systems with Shotoku "has given the result we expected, robust and with fluid and precise movements."
For his part, the president of Shotoku, Naoki Ebimoto, stated that he was very satisfied that “Caracol TV has selected Shotoku for its virtual studio update. “Latin America is an important market for the growth of Shotoku Broadcast Systems, as we offer reasonably priced, high-performance hardware solutions that allow our customers to unlock the creative potential of their investments in digital production technology.”
