Migrate to HD production for $14,500 with Echolab
Echolab is starting a program to help its customers replace their SD mixers with the new Atem multi-format mixers at a cost of around $14,500.
Echolab has just announced an interesting program aimed at helping its customers replace their old SD mixers with new multi-format HD models at a low price. For a limited time, Echolab is offering to replace the existing fleet of mixers in SD Nova, Opera or Overture with the new Echolab Atem, the multi-definition mixer recently launched by the company.
It is a 1-M/E 3Gbps 1080p/60 production mixer with high flexibility and functionality capable of mixing up to ten inputs in different formats, synchronizing and scaling them, accepting both SD and HD signals (two of these inputs even accept HDMI). It has two channels for playback and ten multiviewers, ascending and descending keyers, as well as SuperSource crosspoint and Stinger transitions, enabling compositions of up to twelve layers.
The program launched by Echolab plans to preserve the plan by replacing only the chassis integrating the new Atem, for a price of around $14,500.
