LA Clippers (NBA) stellt mit Atomos Ninja Ultra den Workflow zur Erstellung von Social-Media-Inhalten vor
The LA Clippers production team is using the Atomos Ninja Ultra monitor-recorder to capture highlights, interviews, game highlights and behind-the-scenes content to interact with fans on social media.
Der LA Clippers workflow with the Atomos Ninja Ultra could not be attempted without the addition of the new AtomOS 11 operating system, which optimizes streaming content directly to the cloud. This workflow allows the LA Clippers content team to simultaneously share and upload files and collaborate in real-time with editors using Frame.io (Adobe). The speed at which files are uploaded allows editors to start working immediately, streamlining the arrival of images to fans’ social networks.
LA Clippers are also benefiting from the Ninja Ultra new 4K H.265 upload feature, which allows the production team to capture content and automatically upload high-quality 10-bit 4K H.265 proxies to Frame.io after each shot. With these 4K proxies, editors can punch in and crop the image using different aspect ratios for delivery to multiple social media platforms. Delivering 4K clips to the cloud via this H.265 upload feature allows the LA Clippers production team and their remote editors greater creative flexibility and freedom in choosing their composition, “without sacrificing quality,” notes Atomos.
