The Christie RealLaser cinema projector range expands with three new models
Christie has added three new projectors to its RealLaser portfolio aimed at boutique and mid-size venues: CP2415-RGB, CP2420-RGB and CP2415-Xe.
The new Christie Cinelife+ Serie CP2415-RGB Und CP2420-RGB offer outstanding energy efficiency with Echt|Laser illumination, while the CP2415-Fahrzeug, with reliable xenon illumination, provides the lowest initial cost of ownership and is aimed at venues with screens up to 17 metres wide.
Both the CP2415-RGB and the 15,000 lumen CP2415-Xe allow small screen exhibitors to choose between Echt|Laser lighting and Ultimative Xenolite-Leistung lamps, both supported by the CineLife+ cinema electronics platform. Real|Laser lighting technology allows exhibitors to offer their viewers images that exceed 95 % des Rec.2020 colour gamut and up to 6,000:1 contrast with a UHC lens. These new pure laser RGB models replace the previous 2K models.
Allan Fernandes, director of cinema product management at Christie, comments on Christie’s latest releases: “Our new RGB pure laser cinema projectors offer the highest energy efficiency of any models in the market for their class, and we’re pretty proud of that. As energy costs continue to rise, Christie is also rising to the challenge of creating more sustainable, energy efficient products for our customers.”
In parallel, Christie has announced upgrades to two of its 4K PLF models: the CP4445-RGB, which is ready to deliver up to 47,000 lumens, and the CP4455-RGB, which already delivers up to 57,000 lumens.
