Dalet focuses on concepts such as SaaS and Digital-First for IBC 2022
Stand 1.A47 at IBC 2022 (9-12 September, Amsterdam) will allow visitors to discover the concepts that will shape present and future of Das Tal.
Visitors to the stand will be able to discover the main advantages of solutions such as Dalet Flex or Dalet Pyramid, among others. Those interested in getting to know Dalet’s product ecosystem in detail are free to visit the stand or book an appointment to discover in detail proposals such as the SaaS option Dalet Flex for teams, designed to optimise the usual workflows in a newsroom or any company dedicated to the audiovisual world.
Robin Kirchhoffer, CMO at Dalet, is looking forward to the return of face-to-face events such as IBC 2022: “IBC is a unique forum to connect with our customers to discuss the real-world challenges they’re facing and how Dalet solutions can solve the roadblocks they encounter along the media value chain for their editorial, creative, and technical teams.”
Similarly, Kirchhoffer previews the Dalet roadmap for the show: “With cloud-native solutions and flexible deployment options, Dalet customers can future-proof their investments and optimize how they build their digital-first content operation. Whether it’s utilizing Dalet for a micro workflow that addresses a specific need or to power the entire enterprise, our customers have the flexibility to decide based on their business needs.
Dalet Flex at IBC 2022
One of the tools that will feature prominently in the Das Tal presence at IBC 2022 is Dalet Flex, a cloud-based media logistics solution used by media-intensive organisations such as Arsenal, Audi, National Rugby League, KCP, Migo and many more to produce, manage, distribute and monetise content. It features easy-to-use, web-based collaboration tools Und automation capabilities that have been proven to shorten review and approval processes, content library management, multi-platform distribution and content packaging for localisation and OTT (over-the-top) by up to 50% and “reduce direct costs by up to 70%”.
Specifically, IBC 2022 will be an opportunity for visitors to learn more about Dalet Flex for teams, a multi-user SaaS offering that delivers media workflows as a service, as well as Dalet Flex for enterprises, the customised platform for media and content supply chains.
Dalet Unified News Operations
Andererseits, Dalet Unified News Operations tools aim to solve the problems of modern end-to-end news processes: planning, collaboration, remote editing and production of digital news. As such, the Dalet solution is ideal for multi-station news organisations, newsrooms with broadcast and digital equipment, digital-only news broadcasters and distributed news organisations.
Within this Dalet philosophy, Dalet Pyramid is a next-generation, cloud-native news solution that aims to take newsrooms into a “new era”. Its cloud-native services combined with advanced mobility, a next-generation user interface, web-based collaborative tools and Storytelling 360, deliver increased ROI for customers while providing a seamless journey to the cloud.
Beyond Dalet Flex and Dalet Unified News Operations, Das Tal will highlight at IBC 2022 other products such as the Dalet AmberFin media processing solution; the Dalet CubeNG toolset for designing, managing and playing back high-quality 3D graphics; the Dalet Brio high-density broadcast I/O platform; the Dalet Media Cortex AI services platform, designed to leverage cognitive services and machine learning everywhere; and Dalet OnePlay, an automated live studio production solution.
