Riedel Artist, Bolero and SmartPanel arrive at Crealine productions

Production services company Crealine Media Systems has adopted Artist and Bolero intercom systems, as well as SmartPanels, from Riedel.

This equipment, deployed in off-site locations, studios, mobile units and a central control room, supports Crealine’s remote and hybrid production workflows for eSports and other live events, thus “guaranteeing flexible and reliable communications.”

Specifically, the new Artist, Bolero and SmartPanel systems played a key role in the company’s production of Red Bull Flight Day in Lausanne on September 19. The Riedel equipment facilitated communications between a studio, located on a raft near the launch pad, with three commentators; the host launch; a reporter and technical team working throughout the event; Crealine’s remote team, which ran the live show from its Ulster facility; and several cameras contributing via an LTE network.

Artist, Bolero and SmartPanel

Three Riedel solutions form the technological backbone of Crealine’s intercommunications. Artist provides communications and audio signal distribution for audio or intercom applications, while Bolero stands out for its “unmatched versatility” for wireless communications. The company’s RSP-1216HL SmartPanel user interface, meanwhile, includes multiple full-color multi-touch screens in 1 RU and features user-friendly controls that facilitate intuitive operation.
